Returns
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rtessentialswholesale.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
